Profit Center Branch Manager
P&C Retail Brokerage

As senior officer of the branch office of a P&C retail brokerage that is over $10 million revenue, this position is responsible for managing the day to day operations of the branch within the mission set by the corporate executives.

This individual will coordinate all aspects of the operation, but with an emphasis on account servicing and administration.

The Branch Manager is responsible for mentoring junior producers and setting the overall strategy / environment for developing their books.  The Branch Manager shares responsibility for the senior sales and marketing / placement staff on a matrix basis with corporate practice leaders.

The Branch Manager is independently responsible for account managers, CSRs, human resources, salary & benefit administration, training and education, facilities management, communications, purchasing, licensing / compliance and contract adminstration.

The Branch Manager will also play a corporate role as Practice Leader of how IT systems are integrated with the servicing staff in the company's branch offices.  Thus, the candidate must have a strong operational background in a retail brokerage setting.  Our client is not willing to substitute insurance carrier operational experience in lieu of retail brokerage experience.

This branch is in a beautiful suburban location.  The firm is one of the most financially viable retail brokers in the United States.  Thus, there is a great deal of job security.
